Ongoing Relationships
Our goal is to develop a relationship with you and your garden over time. It is very hard to really understand a garden until you have seen it in all the seasons and that is what we like to do when possible. After the initial design or clean-up work, many clients opt for a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance schedule.Some choose to have us come in quarterly to take care of the seasonal needs in one go. In gardening everything has its own time and rhythm and we want to work within that. Often we find that as we move forward with an installation, clients begin to clarify their own vision of what they want and when it is spread out over time, they can absorb what is happening and move the end result closer to what they had imagined all along.
Scheduling
When a client asks to schedule a job, they are put on a list to be assigned the first available slot. Most jobs are scheduled weekly or every other week, although a few may be monthly. For ongoing work we will try to find a space in the schedule so you will know when to expect us. When possible we try to schedule jobs near each other for the same day to save on gas and travel time. Sometimes the schedule will shift to achieve this. We will try to text you 24 hours before your appointment if we need to shift the schedule. Weather Cancellations will be made the morning of.
