Pricing
Our rates are $75 for me and an assistant. If we have to travel more than half an hour to reach the job site we will charge a travel fee of 1/2 our hourly rate. The hourly rate covers the cost of paying our workers a fair wage and covering general expenses such as gas and taxes and upkeep or replacement of equipment. In addition to the hourly rate, there will be an extra cost for supplies used just for the job (e.g., roundup, fertilizer, leaf bags or mixed gas if we are using power equipment for a long time.) By the same token, you do not have to pay for any of these supplies that we are not using on your job. Special requests, such as mulch, stones, or particular plants will be billed at the cost to the company plus time to cover the expense of transporting and handling them. Recently I have been spending a lot of my personal time on the phone with clients. In the future I will be adding this onto bills as it accrues. Consultations are $150 per visit and design work is $50 an hour. We work hard to be fair in our pricing but still be able to live off of what we make.
Billing
You will receive a bill at the time the work is completed or via text. Payment is expected within (30) days. You may pay Cash, Venmo or Check. Please make checks payable to Greenstone Gardens.
